Q. What brand of T-shirts do you use?

A. Brands differ from time to time.  All are 100% soft cotton and meet “the Mom ” requirement in me.  Some names we use are Bambini and Daydreamer.

Q. What kind of paint do you use?

A. We use high quality fabric paint made specifically for painting on fabric so that it doesn’t wash out.  It is non-toxic and made in the USA

Q. What do you accept for Payment?

A. We accept major credit cards through Paypal. An account with Paypal is not needed to pay with a credit through Paypal. We never see your credit card information.

Q. Are there special washing instructions?

A. Follow the manufacturer's washing instructions.  Line dry is recommended for the paint, however we've had customers report back low heat in the dryer or removing promptly has worked very well.

Q. I am looking for a specific design and don’t see it on your site.  Do you take requests?

A. Absolutely! Just let us know...this is what we are all about! Think of it like hiring a freelance artist...

Q. I only notice kid sizes on your website. Do you take orders for adults?

A. We're all kids at heart, right? Absolutely! Click on "Customize Your Own" and indicate the size, color etc. in the comments field. We will contact you to confirm the product and make any price adjustments necessary before beginning!

Q. What is your return policy? 

A.  Personalized items are not returnable unless defective. Please contact us within 7 days if something is not right with your order.

Q. What is your Privacy Policy?

A. Simply, we will never share any personal information with anyone. We only need your contact information to contact you regarding the onesie you ordered and shipping information in order to get you the onesie.
